The Joy Energy
I can get worked up into an agitated state fast if I let my mind have its way. It's quite good at finding more things to worry about or more problems to stress on.
When I remember my goal is to feel good, and feeling a sense of well-being always makes my life better, one of my best friends that can stop the growing anxiety from taking hold is the tool of self-hypnosis.
I have created what I think is a unique system of combining different research-proven breaths with self-hypnosis techniques to help rapidly release stress, bring calm, and take you to higher states of well-being.
For the last few years, I've been sharing these self-hypnosis techniques with my Joyful Abundance Momentum Members and with some of my Mastery of Joy Package clients interested in learning them.
Up to now, I've shared with the public only what I call the Sigh-Breath Self-Hypnosis variation. Tutorials for this self-hypnosis technique can be found on my SvensonHypnosis YouTube Channel, playlist the Joyshot.
