I have uncomfortable thoughts and feelings pop up, again and again, probably like you, and most of us. But how do you meet them, and how long do you stay there?

I've found just by being willing to feel good and meet any uncomfortable thoughts and feelings, like fear and limiting beliefs with softness and love, they no longer feel permanent or true, my attachment to them melts away, and softer lighter thoughts and feelings start popping up for me.

For example, I am doing a new course on creating courses, and fears starting popping up right after I bought it, like, am I wasting my money, can I really do this, what if I fail and I don't have what it takes? Yikes, this froze me up and made me feel down. They had such a strong loud voice, I didn't try to convince them otherwise. I just met them with love and went to a willingness to feel good. This allowed me to stop fixating on them and move on to other things.

Later on in the day softer thoughts came, thoughts of possibilities, maybe I could do this, maybe it would be money and time well spent, maybe it could work out. And that led to remembering other successes, and to imagining joyful possibilities, which led me to incremental actions. Yay.

Being willing to feel good moves you into a powerful state of an open mind, where uncomfortable thoughts and feelings are temporary and all possibilities exist.
