When you shift your perspective from what you don’t want or dislike to good-feeling thoughts, like, remembering mindful choices you’ve already made and other feel-good thoughts, positive changes will come. These shifts will lead you down another path and guide you toward choices that bless your life and align with how you truly want to live.

When you change your thinking, your habits change too.
When you feel safe, loved, and good about yourself, your habits will reflect that.
But if you're lingering in emotions like: unsafe, fear, worry, stress, confusion, self-loathing, shame, guilt, unappreciated, unloved, regret, or sadness, your patterns of habit will reflect that as well.
At one time, being physically active was not a normal part of my daily life. During times of stress, I would overindulge, binge eat, and mindlessly eat sugar and carbs searching for comfort and relief.
It wasn’t until I changed my thought patterns that the inspiration and desire to do things differently came.
Now, being physically active is a joyful, normal part of my life, and eating healthy and in balance is my most common behavior.
I still can get off track, but now I don't make it such a big deal. I just search for those feel-good thoughts, and I’m back on track.
