Imagine you have this powerful force backing you up, free of all negative judgment, and showering you with unconditional love. Bask in that feeling as if it's really true. It is!

I remember something so simple to do, that at the time felt like a dangerous mission as if I was tasked with leading my family across a 5 lane heavily traveled highway. It was making dinner for my family.

My husband had to have his western diet, heavy on the meat, my youngest had her preferences and things she just wouldn't eat, and my oldest had declared she was a vegetarian, and on top of that, she had health issues and possible food allergies that were making her sick. Everybody's needs or preferences seemed to conflict.

I can remember going into brain overload and starting to feel physically ill. I took a moment, stopped my thoughts, and focused on taking some breaths. From there I turned to that loving higher power and said you figure it out, and I then I let go. And when I say I let go, I mean I believed there was a loving higher power that could serve up the answer, and I felt that. It was like the pressure deflated out of me and I expected the answer would come.

I went on to do a few other tasks, and then the answer came, and it felt so joyful.

Maybe this example seems trivial but it is all those trivial things that for a variety of reasons can feel so big and heavy, that make up our life. But expecting things to work out, also can work for the big things too.
