If you start to feel sorry for yourself redirect to positive feelings. Look for a moment in the past when you felt loved, blessed, and or supported, by remembering a moment when you did. Then leave the memory behind and focus in on the feeling it evoked of feeling good. Breathe in that good feeling and let it soak into your whole being. Look for those good feelings again and again and again apart from the memories. That is going to unconditional love.

 The Joy Energy

Having the ability to go to good feelings independent of conditions is a good skill to develop if you want to enjoy life despite its inevitable problems, challenges, and sometimes less-than-ideal conditions.


Don't get me wrong, I want life to go well for you. I want you not only to be happy, but to be blessed with an abundance of love, solutions, answers, support, prosperity, physical and mental wellbeing, harmonious relationships, things you desire, and conditions you love.


But I don't want you to hold out for the perfect conditions to feel good. Feeling miserable is awful. Feeling good feels good. And feeling good not only feels good but it will bring you more of what you want.


Luckily, having the perfect conditions isn't required to feel good. But don't take my word for it. 

I invite you no matter your challenges to enjoy life anyway despite the real life you're living.
