Mode: Sessions are available by phone, office, or Zoom.
Recording: You will receive a recording of your hypnosis meditation to use repeatedly, enhancing the positive changes.
Reminders: You will receive an email reminder the day before and one hour before your session.
Validity: The session must be used within 3 months of purchase.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours before your session by phone or email. If not, the session will be counted as used.
