I hope you have lots of moments today feeling thankful and truly have a day of Thanksgiving.

One of the best practices I do that pays off big is to think of all the ways I feel blessed. It makes me feel good, points me towards more thoughts of feeling blessed, and strengthens those positive patterns of thought so feeling good comes easier in the future.

I plan to spend time writing down as many things that I can think of today, then spend time basking in the good feelings of feeling so blessed.

I invite you to do the same.

Even if, you have a diagnosis of cancer, unsure if you'll pay this month's bills, are grieving for a loved one, are having marital problems, are alone for Thanksgiving, are having hot dogs for your meal, or all the many other real reasons you might feel the opposite of blessed. Who needs some positive boosts more than you?


You don't have to write them down. Or even say them out loud. Fit it in as you can. While you're cooking, washing your hands, or while you're eating.

If others are with you, invite them to join in too.

Remember feeling good not only makes you feel good but it will make everything in your life better. It gives you more energy, stressing is draining. It can rev up your body's healing abilities. It can bring out the best within you. It can allow you to enjoy your friends, family, and life.
