What to expect in Joyshop
- For 44-minutes you will be muted.
- I ask you to turn your video off, and if you can't I'll be able to do that for you

Settle into a place you won't be interrupted. It's your time to relax and receive.
- I will guide you into a meditation to let go of resistance and nocebo beliefs building on our first Joyshop
- I'll soak you in love, offer up higher perspectives, and inundate you with positive beliefs and expectations for a healthy body and peaceful mind
- I'll teach you self-hypnosis, so you can consciously operate in your daily life from a centered state. A centered loving state is ideal for your body to heal and protect you
- You can stay after if desired, and I will unmute you, plus, you'll have the opportunity to turn on your video if you want. You can just visit or receive extra help if wanted.
