"Hello, Beautiful Sharon,
If you've decided to do something but feel disgruntled about it, take a moment to shift your perspective until it feels good—whether it’s cleaning the house, getting up at night to feed the baby, working on your taxes, getting up early for a yoga class, or helping out a friend. This simple shift will make you happier, create an optimum state for healing, and allow in Divine support.
The Joy Energy
Have you ever started a task with a bad attitude, only to see your mood get even worse? I know I have.
Whether it's cleaning the house, tackling a project, or paying bills, when I approach something begrudgingly, it rarely goes well. I might get short-tempered, make careless mistakes, or rush through it without much thought. It usually ends up taking longer, or things just go badly.
But here's the magic: when I take a moment to shift my attitude, everything changes. Instead of grumbling through it, I ask myself, “What’s the real benefit of doing this?” I remind myself how good it feels to have an organized space, how much I like being on top of my finances, or how fulfilling it is to support a friend.
By focusing on the positive, I can turn the task into something I want to do—not just something I have to do.
When I approach the task with this fresh perspective, not only do I feel happier, but everything flows smoother. My mind is clearer, my energy lighter, and things just go better.
There’s a reason for this: feeling good doesn’t just feel good—it allows us to be our best. It lets in great ideas, sparks creativity, and welcomes Divine support. It creates a beautiful state for our bodies to heal, restore, and rejuvenate. And it’s wonderful for our long-term mental health.
So, the next time you're facing a task that feels like a burden, try this simple shift. Ask yourself, “How can I feel good about doing this?” Whether it’s knowing you’ll love the result or simply appreciating that you’re taking care of something important, find a reason to feel good about it. This small change can make a big difference in your life.
Wishing you ease, joy, and flow in everything you do.
"... It showed my muscle inflammation was OFF the CHARTS!… I was ... referred to you… not only am I healthier, I can stand to be comfortable in my own skin… I had my blood tested yesterday to get ... proof of your healing gift ... [to] show my doctor ... things were dramatically improving… my number yesterday was 162 and the normal for muscle elevation is 130! I WOULD SAY THAT IS A DRAMATIC DIFFERENCE… Thank you for EVERYTHING..!… " Cortney Nielsen
"I was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis ... I tried diets and herbs over the years as well as acupuncture. Nothing was giving me relief except the medication that left me with stomach problems and a drugged feeling. Hypnosis changed my life in a number of ways. My objective was to help relieve pain I was having in my spine. I started to see results after my first visit. As I continued the results grew stronger and stronger. The first thing I noted I was not thinking about the pain so much. These were the building blocks I needed to progress away from an ‘incurable illness’. Eventually, I was able to quit taking most of the drugs we thought I had to take to control the disease, as well as quit the painkillers. Being off the medications is a huge leap forward, having energy is priceless. Now I am back to work for the first time in years doing what I thought I would never be able to do again ... " Dan Wilson
" ... She helped me see ... That ... I did not have to be swayed or damaged by whatever anyone else threw my way... I felt I had a kind of bubble around me. I was still fully present but I didn’t feel triggered when things didn’t go my way. Working with Sharon is transformative ... I feel better and stronger and kinder and I am grateful for the help." Molly Connolly
"... That was the last cigarette puff I have ever taken. I am “not a smoker”. Unlike in past experiences, trying to quit, I never crave a cigarette or dream of one... I could not help but return ... to see what else I could gain. The beautiful tools, like 'imagining good things' ... 'being mindful' ... 'letting your thoughts be ok', ... have worked to enhance ... my life ..." Kathy Vaughan
