"Hello, Beautiful Sharon,
When you feel good, you have more energy and naturally take inspired action. It opens doors to new opportunities, activates your body’s healing abilities, and brings greater bodily comfort. Feeling good attracts positive thoughts, helping you remember your wisdom and follow its guidance.
Best of all, it feels good to feel good! And connects you with Source/God/Universe, that lovingly supports, guides, and provides for you.
To feel good focus on thoughts that make you feel blessed, abundant, satisfied, loved, safe, brilliant, supported, and creative. And watch what unfolds."

Why Feeling Good Always Works Better
It’s normal for me to face pushback when I share my core belief that feeling good isn’t just a nice idea—it’s the best, most effective way to create a thriving life.
I’ve received angry comments, emails, and have made family and friends mad, because I stand firm in this truth: Feeling good feels good—and it works better, always.
I’ve shared this message in my newsletter, on my YouTube channel, and in interviews, and while it sounds simple, I know it can take some explaining. After all, most of us have been taught to think differently, right?
The Trap of Negative Emotions
We’ve been told to work harder, grind through the struggle, and push against obstacles. The message seems to be: If it's important and matters, you should worry. If you care about something, you should stress over it.
When faced with loss, we’ve been conditioned to believe we should dwell in sadness.
When we’re wronged, we’re taught that self-righteous anger somehow gives us power to change others.
If we don't want to repeat mistakes, we should relive the pain and suffering of the past.
Being offended has even become a badge of honor, as if focusing on the problem will solve it.
But here’s the thing: None of that works.
Here's an example: A client had a difficult relationship with her husband, who used their limited money for drugs. She felt hopeless and angry, and for good reasons. However, these emotions were draining, making her feel like a victim and leading to negative behaviors.
In hypnosis, we took a different approach. I wanted to help her move forward from a place of empowerment, appreciation, and optimism. I guided her to:
- Feel good about her husband: She remembered positive memories from their early days together and focused on the loving and supportive things he did.
- Appreciate the growth in herself: She recognized how the challenges had helped her become stronger, more independent, and resilient.
- Open herself up to support and help: She opened herself up for support and help, and let go of feelings of shame and guilt, this made a significant difference in her situation. And she discovered their was a world of very giving and generous souls
- Make clear choices: She became more intentional about making healthy choices for herself and her future and dramatically changed her life and fortune.
From this place of strength, she got a divorce, but not from a bitter, hopeless state. She felt optimistic, hopeful, and believed in her ability to create a better life.

"... It showed my muscle inflammation was OFF the CHARTS!… I was ... referred to you… not only am I healthier, I can stand to be comfortable in my own skin… I had my blood tested yesterday to get ... proof of your healing gift ... [to] show my doctor ... things were dramatically improving… my number yesterday was 162 and the normal for muscle elevation is 130! I WOULD SAY THAT IS A DRAMATIC DIFFERENCE… Thank you for EVERYTHING..!… " Cortney Nielsen
"I was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis ... I tried diets and herbs over the years as well as acupuncture. Nothing was giving me relief except the medication that left me with stomach problems and a drugged feeling. Hypnosis changed my life in a number of ways. My objective was to help relieve pain I was having in my spine. I started to see results after my first visit. As I continued the results grew stronger and stronger. The first thing I noted I was not thinking about the pain so much. These were the building blocks I needed to progress away from an ‘incurable illness’. Eventually, I was able to quit taking most of the drugs we thought I had to take to control the disease, as well as quit the painkillers. Being off the medications is a huge leap forward, having energy is priceless. Now I am back to work for the first time in years doing what I thought I would never be able to do again ... " Dan Wilson
" ... She helped me see ... That ... I did not have to be swayed or damaged by whatever anyone else threw my way... I felt I had a kind of bubble around me. I was still fully present but I didn’t feel triggered when things didn’t go my way. Working with Sharon is transformative ... I feel better and stronger and kinder and I am grateful for the help." Molly Connolly
"... That was the last cigarette puff I have ever taken. I am “not a smoker”. Unlike in past experiences, trying to quit, I never crave a cigarette or dream of one... I could not help but return ... to see what else I could gain. The beautiful tools, like 'imagining good things' ... 'being mindful' ... 'letting your thoughts be ok', ... have worked to enhance ... my life ..." Kathy Vaughan
