"Hello, Beautiful Sharon,
Give yourself and others unconditional love, not just because it feels good, but because it opens the door to your inner wisdom, guidance, and clarity."
The Joy Energy
Unconditional love doesn’t mean liking something or someone you don’t like, or putting yourself in situations that don’t feel safe.
It means raising your energy to a state of love and well-being.
When you focus on feeling good, you naturally align with your inner guidance and higher perspectives.
From this beautiful space, you become a cooperative component to yourself and others, allowing life to flow more harmoniously.
I’ve had moments when people were unkind to me, and my initial reaction was filled with judgment and resentment.
But those feelings didn’t serve me, they only made me feel bad about them, and worse about myself.
However, I’ve also experienced the transformational power of choosing loving thoughts instead. There I can give grace to myself and others and see the best in them and myself, beyond the temporary moment.
For example, if someone cuts me off in traffic, I might imagine they’re panicked and rushing to the hospital to care for a loved one. From that perspective, I can connect to compassion and send loving energy their way.
This shift allows me to stay grounded in my own well-being, rather than giving my power away to anger or frustration.
I recall a client who felt consumed by anger and resentment toward her late mother. These feelings weighed her down, leaving her isolated and bitter.
During hypnosis, she connected with softer, joyful memories that felt good.
From this place of wellbeing, she was able to shift her perspective and launch into loving feelings when thinking of her mom.
This not only freed her from the burden of judgment but also allowed her to focus on living her life and made her happier.
Another client worked with me long enough to develop a new perspective: she began to see that challenges were signs of good things coming.
This belief became her go-to mindset.
From this joyful, expectant energy, she found solutions and opportunities flowing effortlessly into her life. She is a beautiful example and inspiration to me.
Or the client who hated herself for her smoking habit. She came to appreciate the role cigarettes had played in her life. She realized they had provided temporary relief during challenging moments, even keeping her from saying or doing things she might regret.
Through this newfound love and appreciation, she released self-judgment and blame and found a new sense of peace.
This shift allowed her to be free of cigarettes and instead develop new healthy patterns of meeting challenges and problems that served and blessed her.
Every step you take to embrace unconditional love, whether toward yourself, others, or a challenge, unlocks the door to greater ease, joy, and endless possibilities
