Hello Beautiful, Sharon,
The only life we have is ours.
So what the heck, we might as well enjoy what we can.
That doesn't mean life is perfect or easy ...
Maybe you're dealing with loss, health challenges, financial stress, relationship problems, or uncertainty about the future. No doubt, you can find plenty of things to focus on that are missing, wrong, unfair, or not working.
I know I can.

But when we continually focus on what's wrong, we feel worse.
And here's the interesting thing. Our brains are naturally wired to do exactly that.
Psychologists call this the negativity bias. Our brains are more likely to notice and pay attention to potential problems, threats, and negative experiences than the things that are going well.
Add social media to the mix, and it becomes even easier to look around and notice all the abundance, joy, fun, success, relationships, and adventures other people seem to be having while focusing on what's missing in our own lives.
What we focus on shapes how we experience our lives.
I think of a client who was starting a new business. They didn't have a full schedule yet and were beginning to feel like a failure. They were worrying about money, questioning their path, and feeling confused about their future.
I guided them to a different perspective in our session and their confusion and worries vanished.
Yes, their schedule wasn't full yet. But their bills were being paid. They were able to travel and enjoy life. Their business was growing. They had wonderful friendships, a great partner, meaningful work, and a strong sense of purpose.
We can still want more without making our current life a failure.
Yes, no doubt there are problems, things in your life you don't like or have to deal with, and things completely out of your control. But I bet there are also things that are working, things you do like, and blessings you could notice and appreciate.
And when we do shift our perspective, not only can we feel better in the present, we're also better able to put things in perspective, see possibilities and opportunities, and make the most of the life we have.
This is where hypnosis can be so healing.
Hypnosis can help us shift the practiced patterns and negative bias that pull us toward fear, lack, worry, self-doubt, and what's wrong.
Research on neuroplasticity shows that our brains remain capable of change throughout life. The patterns we repeatedly practice, including how we think, respond, and direct our attention, can become more familiar and automatic over time. Hypnosis can be a powerful tool for interrupting old patterns, shifting perspective, and strengthening new ways of thinking and responding.
Don't let your problems or feelings of lack become your entire story and block out the good.

One Session, Big Shifts:
"... Phrases she said ...“ There is no question in my mind that you can handle this and you can experience this in a new way. She helped me see that I could be present ... I could be engaged, ... I did not have to be swayed or damaged by whatever anyone else threw my way ... [After the session] I felt I had a kind of bubble around me. I was still fully present but I didn’t feel triggered ... Working with Sharon is transformative... I feel better and stronger and kinder and I am grateful for the help." Molly Connolly
"... so many fears [about money and future ]... I was focusing on the negative "What might happen?" "How am I going to get out of this?" ... You made something so fearful to me so simple and easy to address ..." Angele Christina
